    Flying Day as normal however reunion for all Members past, present and new. BBQ lunch provided 0830 Members arrival to set the field and prepare the aircraft 0930 Daily briefing 1015 Targeted time for first launch

  • If you are a visitor / AEF with a prepaid voucher, please put the voucher number after your name   eg:  John Smith, Voucher 001234  when entering your name. 

  • Visitors for AEFs without a  prepaid voucher  might not be able to be allocated a flight..

  • AEFs (Air Experience Flights)  are limited to max 4 per day (including double flights) unless pre-arranged personally.
